Kelly and Griffin made the renovation and sale of my family home seamless and manageable. I inherited the property and I had to go through the probate process. My review is coming from the other side of using Renovation Realty. I bought a house that was listed by Renovation Realty. They put $200,000 worth of renovations into this house. It has beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen, new flooring, new carpets, new paint, the whole shebang. They do a really nice job of their renovations and it is the reason we bought this house. As a realtor working alongside them to get a listing sold, they were instrumental in doing what was necessary to make that happen. We worked together and they supported my efforts to market the property and get it sold. I hope to work with them again in the future.
