Bay Park/Bay Ho has emerged as a new up-and-coming neighborhood. An older community with a great central location, this area is close to major freeways, and makes commutes accessible and efficient.

The area also attracts an array of buyers, with a good range of price points that vary depending on view, side of street, and location on Bay Park Hill. Bay Park/Bay Ho has a number of homes that are being completely remodeled or torn down, and is seeing a rise in the number of renovated and newly constructed homes, adding to its appeal.

Because of limited inventory, homes that do hit the market in Bay Park are a hot commodity and receive multiple offers. With a wide range of restaurants, bistros and bars within walking distance of many homes, Bay Park/Bay Ho is attracting a great deal of redevelopment.  Our team believes the next step will be redevelopment of some of the older commercial areas on Morena Blvd. into live/work spaces, much like parts of North Park.
